We reserve the right to modify prices at any time due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking, subject to any unavoidable surcharges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour, itinerary, or service booked. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the departure date.

Cancellation by The Warp & Weft: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient participation, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, at their discretion.
5. Travel Insurance
While we offer comprehensive travel insurance tailored for artisans and cultural travelers, it is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage for their trip. The Warp & Weft strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other travel-related issues.
6. Client Responsibilities

Documentation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required for entry and exit from Australia or any other destination.

Health and Fitness: Clients must ensure they are in good health and possess the physical capability to participate in the chosen tour or activities. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed to The Warp & Weft at the time of booking.

Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment. The Warp & Weft reserves the right to remove any client from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Warp & Weft acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, accommodation providers, workshop facilitators). While we select our partners with care, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these third-party suppliers. The Warp & Weft's liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service from which the liability arose, except where prohibited by law.

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Warp & Weft or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
